Dr. Julie Sergent is a physical therapist and founder of Sergent Wellness in Lousiville, where she helps active adults break the cycle of pain and injury through personalized, hands-on care. With over 16 years of experience, she takes a whole-human, movement-focused approach that empowers people to feel better, move better and thrive in the activities they love. Dr. Julie is passionate about helping others build lasting strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies - both in and out of the clinic.

Meaghan Murray, Managing Partner, Believe in the Run

Meaghan is a 2:47 marathoner and USATF/UESCA certified run coach, she is determined to help other get the best out of their running journey. She's a self proclaimed shoe nerd and a student of the sport. On the Believe in the Run team, Meaghan is a writer, video personality, podcast host, and she works directly with running brands to create fun, engaging campaigns.

Meghann Featherstun, MS RD CSSD, Sports Dietitian

Meghann is a registered dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics - which means she's an expert in sports nutrition and helping fuel your life and endurance feats and has worked with 1000's of endurance athletes in the last 7 years as the founder & owner of Featherstone Nutrition. Prior to her work as a sports dietitian, Meghann completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition at Miami University & Master's Degree in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University and worked in the hospital setting as a corporate wellness dietitian designing wellness programming for employees and other corporations.
